- Patchogue
Electric Motors, Inc. reserves the rights to "Patchogue Electric
Motors, Inc." and all content found within the company webpage.
All graphics and logos associated with Patchogue Electric Motors, Inc.
are for use specifically within it's own website. Any other uses, besides
those that have received explicit rights from any Patchogue Electric
Motors, Inc. employee with the power to grant such rights, are considered
illegal and can be prosecuted. [Some examples are, although not restricted
to, including using Patchogue Electric Motors, Inc. graphic logo on
a different website, creating new Patchogue Electric Motors, Inc. logos,
and linking to any contained Patchogue Electric Motors, Inc. webpages
(i.e. the homepage and all of it's links).]
- Only companies
listed on the left of the webpages may list Patchogue Electric Motors,
Inc. as a distributor of their respective company. Any other listing
of Patchogue Electric Motors, Inc. for purposes besides those given
permission by Patchogue Electric Motors, Inc. are considered illegal
and can be prosecuted (ouch!).
- Patchogue
Electric Motors, Inc. reserves the right to use all brands named within
it's website, company logos, catalogs, brand names, and/or hyperlinks
to other webpages. Illegal use of any of their company names will result
in prosecution by both Patchogue Electric Motors, Inc. and said
company (ouch! ouch!).

remember we can not grant permission to use any other company's name,
logo, catalog, etc. besides Patchogue Electric Motors, Inc., although
you don't have to call each one of them individually just to use our
site - we have implicit* rights.)
